Take a few deep breaths. Inhaling to the peak of your inhale and exhaling until you can feel the animalistic need to inhale. Remember that stress is one of the primary causes for muscular tension. Take another full inhale and exhale. Close your eyes and imagine every muscle in your body gently holding your skeleton up as you sit. Allow your muscles to soften just a little. Smile.
Now get back to work. :)
