Gentle Breathing Exercise

1) Sit comfortably in a quiet space
2) Exhale all the air out of your lungs
3) Inhale for 4 seconds
4) Hold your breath in for 4 seconds
5) Exhale for 4 seconds
6) Hold your breath out for 4 seconds
7) Repeat, adding 1 second at a time
as you feel yourself relaxing

Sometimes we just need to take an hour out of our busy lives and breathe. That is what this massage is about. It is a calm and safe space where you can feel free to just Be with no responsibilities. I use a gentle lotion that seeps into the skin easily so you can get back to your day without feeling sticky or oily after your massage.

What should you wear?
It does not matter what you choose to wear on the day of your massage. This massage is performed using professional draping techniques with the client under a sheet and blanket.

This is a full body massage where every part of the body is addressed but not necessarily focused on. If you have chronic pain you would like to tackle, you may want to try a more structural approach.
