Traditional Thai Medicine includes Herbal Medicine, Spiritual Medicine, and Manual Medicine. Traditional Thai Massage utilizes hot herbal compresses and slow, steady movements to open the energetics pathways in the body called Sen lines.

Thai massage is traditionally performed on a mat on the floor, but can be modified for the massage table. Each portion of the body is addressed with a hot herbal compress before the practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, feet, and knees to perform compressions and stretches on the client. Though the work can be dynamic, the speed at which the stretches are reached and repeated make the experience deeply relaxing.

What should you wear?
You should wear comfortable clothes that you might wear to exercise or lounge around the house in. As a client, I have found that wearing yoga pants and long sleeves allows me to be comfortable and helps keep me warm.

A full-body, Traditional Thai Massage takes 2 hours.
I also have the option for a 90 minute Thai Massage with more focused work if that appeals to you.
NO OIL OR LOTION IS USED
